Shipping and Delivery Policy
Shipping Destinations
We provide worldwide shipping to customers across the globe. Delivery availability may occasionally be limited in regions affected by carrier restrictions, legal requirements, international sanctions, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Processing Time
Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Processing time may be slightly longer during holidays, promotional events, periods of high demand, or when additional order verification is required.
Processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time.
Delivery Time
After dispatch, orders normally arrive within 7–12 business days.
The delivery period begins when the order has been handed to the shipping carrier. Business days do not normally include weekends or public holidays.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. International shipping may be affected by:

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
A shipping confirmation will be sent after the order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, the confirmation will include a tracking number or tracking link.
Please allow 2–5 business days for the carrier to activate or update the tracking record. Temporary gaps in tracking do not necessarily mean that a package has stopped moving.
Shipping Addresses
Customers must review their shipping address carefully before completing an order.
We cannot guarantee address changes or order cancellations after fulfillment has begun. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information submitted during checkout.
If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect it, additional shipping charges may be required before the package can be resent.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International packages may be inspected by customs authorities and may be subject to import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated during checkout. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility.
We cannot control customs decisions or guarantee how long customs clearance will take.
Multiple Packages
Products from the same order may be shipped separately to improve availability and delivery efficiency. Separate packages may arrive on different days, and each package may have its own tracking information.
No additional shipping charge will be applied solely because an order is divided into multiple shipments.
Delayed Deliveries
Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If a package remains in transit beyond the estimated delivery period, please allow a short additional period for tracking to update.

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but it cannot be located, please:

Ask household members, neighbors, or building staff whether they accepted the package.

Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged, please retain the product, packaging, and shipping label. Contact us promptly through the Contact Us page and include clear photographs of the damage.
Damaged-product claims will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
